  My experience at New Wine has been completely different. And as someone who has always shunned organized religion, I certainly went into the church the first time with a good amount of apprehension and caution. The pastor and congregation (at least the great majority) have to be neither religious flakes nor hypocritical about their faith.
  
  I would only recommend that a person first talk to a member or attend a Sunday service for his or her own self and then decide.
